Register online, input your Quotation requirements, and then send it to the providers you select. It's as simple as that. Compare your RFQ responses, complete the contract, handle the documentation, view transaction history, save a data base of your customers and suppliers and we can even text you when your goods arrive.
Soon to be introduced Unique Consignment Reference (UCR) and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) requirements provides complete traceability for goods and will also act as an "origin to destination" reference key to expedited clearance protocols under the World Customs Organisation Single Window Programme.

| Provider Cost
Forwarders will pay a fee only for leads generated.
There is a fee of €1 for all requests that are routed to your simplyfreight.com account.
If you wish to respond to a request, a fee of €3 will be payable. Only 5 respondents will be allowed per request.
The winner will pay a fee of €2 upon contract award.
You can elect to stop receiving and responding to emails at any time.
All fees will be refunded if a shipper does not award the contract to one of the respondents.
There are no additional fees for our services. You pay only for the business we generate.
Invoice
Invoices are issued on the last day of the month. Each invoice will includes a detailed list of leads (Requests for quotation) sent to your company by Simplyfreight.com for the previous month.
Payments
Payment of the invoice is due within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Should your payment terms exceed 45 days Simplyfreight.com reserves the right to terminate your agreement.
Invoice Queries
A RFQ (Request for quotation) can be queried and reported by email within 10 working days.

Agreement duration & termination
You may cancel the agreement at anytime, there is no minimum duration. You will only be invoiced for the leads received up to the cancellation date. SimplyFreight has the right to terminate this agreement in writing at any given time.
