What happens if the web portal is not accessible
SimplyFreight.com Site will always be mirror hosted with at least two service providers thus ensuring that if one server provider experiences difficulty all aspects of the site will still be available.
Larger scale interruptions at the physical layer are uncommon but not completely unknown. If you cannot access the internet from your own office for some reason you can ring SimplyFreight and our service staff will complete the transaction for you over the phone.
